During the discussion, Vassiliki Tsotoulidi delivered an insightful presentation titled “Advanced Materials and Digital Technologies Driving Green and Smart Buildings.”, in which she presented Le’ Colaz’s approach to reimagining the construction sector through modular, circular, and intelligent design principles, highlighting solutions that enhance resource efficiency, reduce waste, and integrate smart technologies into the built environment.
Building on this framework, she addressed key dimensions of the green transition in construction. These included:
